These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 7 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. Prices
Delivery charges and tax are not included in the price. We reserve the rights to adjust any incorrect price at all time.
Modification
Attention Design reserved the rights to alter any policies, terms and conditions at any time.
Privacy Policy
All the personal information of our customer is collected in few different ways and kept strictly confidential. By doing purchase and contacting our personnel, you are consenting to the collection of your data.
Log Data
Like many site operators, we collect information that your browser sends whenever you visit our Site ('Log Data'). This Log Data may include information such as your computer's Internet Protocol ('IP') address, browser type, browser version, the pages of our Site that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages and other statistics.
Delivery Policy
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days via J&T Express.
Estimated delivery time would be between 7-14 business days.
We would provide the tracking number via email once the orders are being shipped.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there's significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or WhatsApp.
Shipping costs
You are responsible for the shipping cost associated with the delivery of the products you purchase on your site as shown on your order confirmation.
Shipping Cost Guidelines:
Peninsular Malaysia : RM10 via J&T
East Malaysia : RM15 via J&T
Return & Refund Policy
All sales are final. Please confirm the quantity and size of the product before placing and order. Size chart is provided at each product page. Any request for a product return due to size exchange will not be entertained. Returns are only offered for damaged and defective items. We must be alerted within 7 days of receiving the item. Damage items claimed must be unworn and unwashed. Please take a picture of the damaged goods and email us within 7 days of receiving the items at [email protected]. Please provide the receipt or proof of purchase in the email.
Once we received your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Any damages caused by the shipping is to be taken up by you with the shipping company. We do not assume any responsibility for lost packages.
